2. Wyndham's new four-tier award chart is live — and 2,855 hotels got more expensive

Free nights now run 5,000 / 15,000 / 30,000 / 45,000 points per bedroom per night, replacing the old 7,500 / 15,000 / 30,000 structure. 3. Chase doubles the Aeroplan card's fee — and hands you status for free

4. Four transfer bonuses die in the next two weeks — one of them this Saturday

5. Capital One stacks a $300 credit on top of 75,000 Venture miles

BOTTOM LINE
Best opportunity: the Amex-to-Avios 30% bonus expiring September 27 — it is the only bonus on this list that reliably clears 2 cents per point, and Iberia off-peak business is the target.
Biggest risk: transferring Ultimate Rewards into Marriott on the 70% headline without a confirmed booking — you'd be locking a flexible currency into a 0.7-cent one, permanently, for a stay you haven't priced.
